She holds a PhD in Psychology from\r\n        Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, where she also completed her B.A. and M.A. degrees. Dr. Rukmani\r\n        has qualified the Rajasthan State Eligibility Test (SET), further solidifying her expertise in the\r\n        field. Additionally, she earned a Diploma in Guidance & Counselling (DGC) from Vardhaman Mahaveer Open\r\n        University, Kota, which has enhanced her skills in psychological support and career guidance.
