With nearly 15 years of experience in dispute resolution, Madhu Sweta is a Partner at Singhania & Partners, managing litigation and arbitration for individual and corporate clients. She has successfully handled complex cases before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, tribunals, and commissions. Her expertise spans commercial disputes, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and contractual matters involving government authorities, consulting agreements, construction projects, energy, and power sectors

Madhu has represented multinational corporations, banks, ministries, and public sector undertakings (PSUs), including Simplex India LLC, Sage Journal Inc., Sanmina Corporation, RCI India Pvt. Ltd., IL&FS, and Sri Maruti Wind Park Developers. She has also advised major infrastructure entities such as the National Highways Authority of India, Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), and Security Printing and Mining Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL).
