We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy IT Manager to support the IT operations of our university. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing IT infrastructure, managing systems, and ensuring smooth technology integration across academic and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support IT Manager in planning, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure. Oversee daily operations, including network security, hardware/software maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues for faculty, staff, and students. Assist in managing IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships. Collaborate with departments to address specific IT needs and provide training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience of minimum 4 Years in IT management, in an academic environment. Strong knowledge of system administration, and data security. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
