Dr. Monika Saini is a passionate educator, mentor, researcher, and Public Relations Officer. She earned her M.Sc. in Physics and M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She pursued her PhD. in Physics at Deen Bandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal, Haryana. Alongside her academic contributions, Dr. Saini is actively involved in public relations activities at Singhania University, leveraging her multifaceted expertise to foster institutional development.
Dr. Monika Saini has extensive teaching, research, and mentoring experience across various esteemed institutions. Before joining Singhania University, she served in multiple roles:
  • Lecturer at ICL Institute of Engineering & Technology, Ambala (2010–2011).
  • Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Applications, NIT Kurukshetra (2011–2013).
  • Assistant Professor at the Institute of Mass Communication and Media Technology, Kurukshetra University (2013–2014).
  • Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Sciences, University Institute of Engineering & Technology, Kurukshetra University (2014–2015).
  • Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, Surya World University, Ambala (2015–2016).
Since joining Singhania University, she has expanded her academic and administrative contributions and is actively engaged in research activities.
Dr. Saini’s research focuses on advanced materials, including conducting polymers, spinel ferrites, and oxides. She specializes in synthesis techniques such as polymerization, sol-gel, co-precipitation, and hydrothermal approaches to fabricate nanoparticles and composites. Her work explores the structural, magnetic, thermal, optical, and electromagnetic properties of materials for diverse applications such as EMI shielding, energy storage, and environmental remediation.
Dr. Monika Saini has published extensively in prestigious journals with high impact factors. Some notable works include:
